VIXEN RETURN POLICY
- Delightfully Vixen LLC respects the privacy of our guests which is why all packages ship in discreet packaging with shipping labels originating from either “Shipping Department” for adult based items or “Delightful Distributing” for items that we ship directly to you.
- Delightfully Vixen LLC offers shipping to the Continental United States, Alaska and Hawaii, and APO/FPO. Depending on your address, Delightfully Vixen will utilize either UPS, USPS, or Fed-Ex for shipping.
- Orders typically ship within 24-48 hours. We will let you know within 24 hours if there might be a delay in any order placed due to back-orders. Orders placed after 12pm MST on Friday or on the weekend will ship the following Monday.
- Because of the consultation services we provide, in the state of Arizona we are required by law to collect sales tax on orders being shipped to locations inside said state.
ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
- Once an order has been submitted your credit/debit card will be charged immediately. Our ordering process is streamlined so your order will immediately be sent to processing and then shipping. Due to the high volume of orders we receive we will be unable to cancel an order after submitted. Please order carefully.
- All returns for a refund or exchange must occur within 30 days of delivery.
- Any products being returned must be unopened, unworn, undamaged, and have original ticketing attached.
- It is strongly recommend that you fully insure your return shipment in case it is lost or damaged and that you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection.
- All Internet/phone orders returned by mail will receive a refund credit issued to the original form of payment only.
- All split payment order purchases made with a gift card and a credit card will receive refund credit FIRST to the original gift card used for the purchase, then the remainder of the refund will be issued to the credit card.
NON-DEFECTIVE/UNWANTED PRODUCT RETURNS BY MAIL
- The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping of non-defective/unwanted items back to us.
- Returns must be shipped back to their original location. The address can be found on the shipping label and/or the packing slip which came with the original shipment.
- Returns MUST include a note with the order number, the item being returned and the reason for the return.

- All refunds on unwanted returns will exclude the original cost of shipping.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCT RETURNS BY MAIL
- Delightfully Vixen LLC will cover the cost of shipping for products with a manufacturer defect only.
- You must contact us at 1-480-469-6400 or email@example.com for any defective returns.
- We will email you a shipping label that must be affixed to the outside of the box you are shipping.
- You MUST include a note inside the box with the order number, the item being returned and what is defective about the product.
LOCAL RETURNS FROM CONSULTATIONS
- We ask that you keep your original receipt for any returns/exchanges that will be made in person.
- ANY dildo or vibrator.
- ANY item that breaks the surface of the skin.
- ANY item that is inserted into the body
- ANY harness/dildo combination.
